Master a craft, and talk to its neighbors
We look for real disciplinary depth with honest curiosity toward neighboring crafts: the designer who questions the researcher, the engineer who reads the pedagogue.
Careers
We hire slowly on purpose. Everyone who joins this work touches, through it, the lives of children and teens; our first standard is real respect for that trust.
Who fits here
We look for real disciplinary depth with honest curiosity toward neighboring crafts: the designer who questions the researcher, the engineer who reads the pedagogue.
Our working language is Arabic. You need not be a linguist, but you must treat Arabic as craft material, not a translation burden.
We test a prototype before it launches, watch a guardrail metric for harm, and say "I don't know" without embarrassment. Whoever chafes at that rhythm will chafe at us.
What a children’s project needs
A project serving childhood needs someone guarding its scientific base in every design decision.
It needs someone who turns an educational goal into a learning sequence that lives inside real play.
It needs someone who writes for the child as an intelligent reader, not a recipient everything must be simplified for.
It needs someone who judges every screen or scene with an eye that knows the differences between one age and the next.
It needs someone who builds for long operation, with privacy in the architecture, not only in the promises.
It needs someone who guards the guardrail metric as closely as the success metric, not one without the other.
