How does it score, and what does it not claim?
The score opens with the age band and the product’s stage, then walks the twelve axes an investor checks in a children’s product. You answer yes, partly, no, or I do not know. An I-do-not-know scores zero and returns by the name of its axis under the diligence gaps, where diligence starts. One axis is read the other way round: retention ethics, where the good answer is no. The overall number is the mean of the axes you answered, with no axis weighted above another. The result ends with three questions in the investor’s voice, the gaps, and what to prove before the round. It is a self-assessment that runs in your browser, not investment advice and not a valuation.
What this tool does not claim
This is an independent Dawani working framework, not investment advice, not a valuation and not a forecast of returns. The score rates your team’s readiness for a diligence conversation with an investor; it is not a verdict on the company. No number in the result says anything about a market size or a valuation.

Questions about the Investment Readiness Score
Is this a valuation of the company?
No. The score orders twelve axes an investor asks about and says where the gaps are. It does not value the company, forecast returns, or give investment advice.
Why does “I do not know” score zero?
Because what a team does not know about its product is the first thing an investor asks. Every “I do not know” appears under its axis in the diligence gaps, so you know where to start.
Do my answers about my company stay private?
Yes. The computation runs in your browser alone, and not one answer is sent to Dawani or to any server. Copy the result if you want to keep it.
Did gaps show up in the diligence?
Tell us which axes are weakest for you, and we will turn them into a plan of proof before the round, in the child’s logic before the pitch’s.
